We are seeking for a Home Stager to join our growing team! [

MUST HAVE A 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE HOME STAGING

] You will handle home staging services and tasks. Salary negotiation depending on level of experience.

Responsibilities:

View the property to help determine the staging quote and get it ready for staging Come to the warehouse to properly pack and organize furniture and staging accessories for easy loading Prepare, pack and stage with the team Coordinate with the delivery team and bring in furniture, art, and accessories in the listing property Responsible for designing, identifying the right color palette to use and match furniture pieces to accentuate the space Take photos after staging and send them to Manager for quality check Clean, organizationally put away and keep all company items in good shape every time properties are destaged Must be able to easily drive from home to work locations in

San Jose CA Qualifications:

5 years full time experience. Previous experience in home staging ONLY Organizational skills Attention to details Capable to lift up to 30 lbs boxes and items Willing to learn and open-minded to work with a team Ability to build rapport with clients in a professional way Strong networking skills to expand business connections Transparency and receptiveness to feedback
