Junior Stager needed XO Staging San Jose, CA Job Details Part-time $30 - $38 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Qualifications Photography Hospitality Packing Unloading Clean workspace maintenance Entry level Full Job Description Junior Stager / Staging Assistant Job Description XO Staging is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Stager to assist our staging team with preparing and installing beautiful, market-ready homes throughout the Bay Area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interior design, decorating, organizing, and hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. The Junior Stager works under the direction of the Lead Stager and helps with all aspects of staging preparation, installation, warehouse organization, styling support, and home previews. Responsibilities Assist with home staging installations and destaging Preview homes independently or with the staging team to evaluate layout, furniture needs, décor opportunities, and staging plans Take photos, notes, measurements, and inventory observations during previews Prepare décor, pillows, bedding, towels, and accessories for staging projects Steam bedding, linens, shower curtains, and textiles Style shelves, tables, kitchens, bathrooms, and accessories under Lead Stager direction Help load, unload, and place décor items and lightweight furniture Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and cleanliness Wrap, pack, and prep items for upcoming stages and destages Clean and dust décor items as needed Shop for décor or staging supplies when requested Assist with artwork placement and small decorative details Ensure homes are presentation-ready before photography and showings Follow staging plans, company standards, and timelines Communicate professionally with team members, agents, homeowners, and clients on-site Qualifications Interest in interior design, home staging, or decorating Strong attention to detail and organization Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to work independently and make thoughtful design observations during previews Ability to work on your feet and lift décor/furniture items Comfortable working in different homes and environments Team-oriented with a flexible attitude Prior staging, retail, hospitality, or design experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry décor items and small furniture pieces Ability to bend, reach, stand, and move throughout the day Comfortable climbing small step ladders Schedule Typical hours are approximately 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, though schedules may vary depending on staging projects Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is creative, hardworking, organized, and enjoys transforming spaces. They take pride in details, work well with a team, and are excited to grow within the staging and design industry.

$30.00 - $38.00 per hour
