Our work turns heads—and we move fast doing it. ⸻ The Opportunity We're looking for a driven, hands-on installer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment where urgency matters and excellence is the standard. If you like working with your hands, solving problems on the fly, and seeing your work out on the road the same day—then we want you! You'll be installing vehicle wraps, graphics, and signage, while also jumping into production when needed. Every day is different, every project matters, and every detail counts. ⸻ Our Environment Fast-moving days with clear goals and real deadlines A team that works hard, communicates openly, and has each other's backs High standards, high expectations—and pride in doing things right A culture built on accountability, growth, and getting better every day We operate with a sense of urgency because our clients depend on us to deliver—on time, every time, no excuses. ⸻ What You'll Do Prep vehicles and surfaces for flawless graphic installation Remove existing vinyl and adhesive cleanly and efficiently Install vehicle wraps and vinyl graphics on cars, trucks, trailers, walls, windows, and more Execute installs with precision, speed, and attention to detail Follow layouts exactly—no guesswork, no shortcuts Safely use knives and tools for trimming and finishing Assist in production (laminating, cutting, weeding, plotting, etc.) Keep projects moving forward and communicate with the team Show up ready to work—on time, focused, and accountable ⸻ What You Bring to the Table Experience installing vinyl decals and vehicle wraps (required) Strong hands-on skills and attention to detail The ability to move fast without sacrificing quality Solid time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects A problem-solver mindset—you figure things out and keep going Coachable attitude and willingness to improve every day Great communication and team-first mentality Comfort working under pressure while staying positive ⸻ Must-Have Abilities Measure, align, and install graphics with accuracy Stay organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Adapt quickly when plans shift Work safely on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts ⸻ Physical Requirements Lift up to 75 lbs Stand, bend, and move for extended periods Maintain strong visual and physical awareness on the job ⸻ Requirements High School diploma (or equivalent) Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Proven wrap/graphics installation experience ⸻ Why Us?
