PROJECT-BASED COMMERCIAL CLEANING CONTRACTS AVAILABLE
Small Cleaning Businesses, Family-Owned Cleaning Companies & Independent Subcontractors Welcome Agnus Dei Cleaning Services LLC is seeking reliable small cleaning businesses, family-owned cleaning companies, and independent subcontractors for recurring commercial cleaning projects in Connecticut.
THIS IS A 1099 SUBCONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITY. THIS IS NOT A W-2 EMPLOYEE POSITION.
Service Areas:
Greenwich, CT Westport, CT Norwalk, CT Danbury, CT Project Details:
Commercial retail cleaning Approximately 3 hours per day 6 days per week Recurring long-term projects Compensation $2,000 per month. Payments are made per project after receiving invoices according to subcontract agreement terms Consistent work available for qualified subcontractors
Requirements:
Small cleaning business, family-owned cleaning company, or independent subcontractor General Liability Insurance (required) W-9 (required) Ability to provide invoices Reliable transportation Commercial cleaning experience preferred Ability to maintain quality standards and schedules
