Job Description
Insta Signs Plus of Delaware is seeking an experienced Vehicle Wrap Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys working on a variety of projects. While vehicle wraps will be a primary responsibility, this role also involves sign production, vinyl application, fabrication, and installation support across a wide range of sign products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced sign shop environment. Responsibilities Install vehicle wraps, partial wraps, decals, and fleet graphics Prepare vehicles and surfaces for graphic installation Perform vinyl installations on windows, walls, signs, and various substrates Operate laminators, plotters, printers, and production equipment Assist with sign fabrication and assembly Weed, mask, trim, and finish graphics for production Assist with sign installations both in-shop and at customer locations Maintain quality control standards throughout production and installation Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Work closely with designers, production staff, and management to complete projects on schedule Qualifications Previous vehicle wrap installation experience a must Experience in the sign, graphics, or large-format printing industry a must Familiarity with vinyl application techniques and industry materials Ability to read work orders and follow production specifications Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders when necessary Experience operating large-format printers, plotters, laminators, or fabrication equipment is a plus
