What You Will Do Every Day Help open and/or close the shop Clean the shop, empty trash cans Clean the Technicians' tools and return them to box Clean the lifts/post and the tire change area Dust and clean all the products and product shelves Inventory shop supplies/products and notify management Breakdown boxes & throw out old parts Help technicians with anything they ask (including making lunch) Execute parts run or other shop errands Pick up and deliver cars to/from client's house Keep the lot organized and clean daily; mowing, edging, etc. as needed Check cars in upon arrival, take pictures of cars Check-in parts and place them neatly on the parts shelf Assist with basic service, including oil changes, brakes, and tires

Additional Responsibilities Include:

Communicate with outside or 3rd party vendors for services, parts and shop supplies. Help with shop inventory (keep the shelves stocked and order when low). Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and keep up with daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Work closely with the whole team to ensure a great experience for clients. The Qualifications for the Role Must be 18+ Must have prior experience at a shop (or dealership). Basic automotive and tool knowledge is required. Lawn care & vehicle detailing experience required. A high school diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Must be able to pass a background check. Drive Automatic and Manual Transmission. Have a Valid Drivers License. Excellent listening skills. Customer service skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining courteous at all times. The ability to work well under pressure and with a diverse range of personalities. Professional appearance. Show attention to detail and accuracy.
