Job Description

About the Role We are a growing sign and mailbox company looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Hand / Installer to join our team. You will support both our shop production and on-site installations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a local company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with production tasks in the shop (assembly, fabrication, and preparation of signs and mailboxes) Help with on-site installations of signs, mailboxes, and related products Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe at all times Assist team members with various needs as required Load and unload materials and equipment Follow safety procedures and maintain a positive team-oriented attitude
Requirements:
Must be 18+ Must be able to lift 60+ pounds frequently and perform physical work Reliable transportation Clean driving record is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Team player who is willing to learn and take direction
