Woodworker and Shop Floater

Wood Furniture Manufacturer and Custom Cabinet Shop has an immediate opening for an experienced woodworker and shop helper to join our team. We started our business in 1998 and have a full scale 10,000 s.f. shop and showroom area. Qualified candidates must have min. 2 years shop experience

• Initial training will be necessary, and if you only have basic woodworking skills and a good attitude, we would like you to contact us. We are willing to train motivated candidates that show a desire to learn and grow with our company. We are looking for someone who is looking for long term, year-round, stable employment.
• MUST be able to read a tape measure and comfortable working with various hand tools, shop machines, saws and sanders.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift or move min. 75 lbs.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Must work as a team member Will work in various areas/departments as needed (sanding, assembly, etc.) May need training to assemble and install doors and drawers, etc. Will be trained in the future to build furniture and cabinetry Hourly pay of $16
• 18 to start and is based on experience, skills and knowledge.

There will be a training and probation period and then final pay will be determined. We pay overtime as needed and direct deposit checks on a weekly schedule. M-F 7:00-3:30. Paid holidays and 3 sick days after 90 days. Paid vacation after first year.
