Job Description

About the Opportunity HV Talent Group is partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing construction organization seeking a dynamic Unit / Finish Superintendent for a Miami mixed-use residential assignment. This role will own finish trade sequencing, unit readiness, amenity punch, and closeout quality on a project where presentation, turnover discipline, and trade coordination matter every day. What this role will own Drive finish trade sequencing across units, corridors, amenity areas, and other interior scopes from drywall close-in through final turnover. Coordinate flooring, painting, tile, casework, countertops, doors / hardware, millwork, appliances, fixtures, specialties, and punch completion. Manage mockups, benchmark rooms, finish quality expectations, and first-work inspections before production ramps up. Track unit-by-unit completion with clear readiness criteria, deficiency logs, and subcontractor accountability. Partner closely with MEP, QA / QC, and project management to remove blockers before they affect turnover milestones. What strong candidates bring Strong recent focus on interiors, finish sequencing, unit turnover, and punch management. Experience on multifamily, condo, hospitality, or mixed-use projects with meaningful unit counts and high finish expectations. Excellent eye for detail and the judgement to distinguish acceptable work from completion-ready quality. Strong coordination skills across finish trades, MEP completion, and owner / consultant punch processes. Ability to maintain detailed tracking logs and communicate turnover risk clearly. Why this role matters This role protects the quality of the most visible phase of the project: what the owner, end user, and market will actually see
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Benefits:

Have you personally managed unit-by-unit completion tracking, including deficiency logs, readiness criteria, and subcontractor accountability? Do you have hands-on experience coordinating multiple finish trades simultaneously (e.g., flooring, paint, tile, casework, millwork, doors/hardware, appliances) to meet tight turnover schedules? Have you led mockups or benchmark units and enforced first-work inspections to set and maintain finish quality standards before full production? Have you worked on a large-scale project with significant unit counts and high finish expectations, where you were directly responsible for punch management and final presentation quality?
