This position plays a key role in bringing our residential design projects to life through exceptional installation execution, professionalism, teamwork and client service. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, proactive and takes pride in delivering high-quality work in luxury residential environments. Responsibilities Prepare job sites, tools, materials and equipment for installations Safely transport, unload and inspect furnishings and materials Install cabinetry, lighting, mirrors, artwork, accessories and decorative elements according to design plans Assemble furniture and products as needed Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate with project managers, designers, contractors and clients professionally Document installation progress using Company Cam or similar software Identify and resolve installation issues efficiently Assist with final walkthroughs, touch-ups and project completion Experience in installations, construction, furniture assembly or related field preferred Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift and move heavy items safely Positive attitude, professionalism and strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation What we Offer Opportunity to work on luxury residential projects Collaborative and creative work environment Competitive compensation based on experience Please submit your resume and relevant experience to apply at .
