Job Description

Periwinklers Architectural Millwork is seeking an experienced Commercial Millworker / Woodworker to join our team. We produce high-quality custom commercial architectural millwork and are looking for a craftsman with proven shop experience, a strong track record, and a team-first mindset. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality work, values precision and efficiency, and works well with others in a modern shop with advanced woodworking equipment. Responsibilities
  • Build and assemble custom commercial millwork, casework, cabinetry, counters, and panels
  • Work from shop drawings and production details
  • Operate shop equipment and hand tools with skill and care
  • Coordinate with team members to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Maintain high standards for fit, finish, accuracy, and craftsmanship
  • Assist with occasional site work when needed Qualifications
  • Proven track record in woodworking, cabinetry, or architectural millwork
  • Shop experience is required
  • Commercial millwork experience preferred
  • Experience working with AWI standards and specifications is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing top-quality work
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well as part of a close team
  • Willingness to communicate, collaborate, and contribute wherever needed Questions How many years of woodworking or architectural millwork shop experience do you have?
