Responsibilities Carefully unpack, assemble, and install office furniture including desks, chairs, cabinets, and modular systems according to schematics and blueprints Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation instructions to ensure accurate setup Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to modify or adjust furniture components as needed Perform heavy lifting safely to move large or bulky items across job sites Ensure proper caulking, sealing, and finishing of fixtures for a polished appearance Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality and adherence to safety standards Collaborate with project managers and clients to coordinate installation schedules and address any on-site challenges Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after installations to promote safety and efficiency Experience Proven experience in construction estimating, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, or related fields such as cabinetry installation or remodeling Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques Strong background in construction site experience with knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation Familiarity with various construction disciplines including drywall finishing (plastering), flooring installation (tile laying), metal stud framing, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and rebar installation Experience in restoration industry projects such as water damage remediation or mold remediation is a plus Knowledge of fixture installation including doors hanging, cabinetry, siding, siding repair/restoration industry experience preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex installations Prior handyman experience or construction painting background is advantageous for versatile project support Join us if you're eager to bring craftsmanship skills into a vibrant environment where your work directly impacts the functionality of modern workspaces!
