The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive knowledge and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship. This role involves applying vinyl wraps and graphics to various vehicles, including cars, trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles. We are willing to provide training for the right candidate, so if you have the drive and enthusiasm, we'll help you develop the skills you need to succeed. Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning the vehicle and removing small parts like door handles, taillights, and mirrors. Maintain accuracy for installation alignment, trimming, and finishing to achieve a clean professional look. Safely remove old wraps or graphics without damaging vehicle surfaces. Handle and maintain tools like heat guns, squeegees, and cutting tools. Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met, with no bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment. Work with the design team to understand job specifications and meet client expectations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Required Experience Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to take initiative and see tasks through to completion. Demonstrates excellent professionalism, including reliability, clear communication, and a strong work ethic. Preferred Experience Solid understanding of various vinyl materials and application methods. Comfortable working with design files and performing basic measurements. Hands-on experience with large-format printers and vinyl cutting machines. Able to efficiently install a basic panel within a 30-45 min time frame.
