Niemanns Maintenance Clerk

SUMMARY The Niemanns Maintenance Clerk is responsible for cleaning and perform light day-to-day repair of general maintenance items.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction

General Cleaning:

Empties wastebaskets, cleans restrooms in detail, and replenishes supplies Vacuums hallways/offices, sweeps and mops all hard surfaces Dusts furniture, blinds, etc. Light maintenance work Shovels snow, replaces Light bulbs Minor repair work, paints, builds shelves Operates pallet jack and forklift Calls for outside assistance with a repair problem, if needed During peak hours, stocks groceries, helps customers, pushes carts Follows all store and department policies and procedures Follows safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model Other duties as assigned by supervisor

PAY RANGE

(depends on industry experience) $16 up to $18/hour (IL Locations Only) ?Starting pay will be based on experience, internal equity, and scope of responsibility.
