This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while assisting technicians and shop staff with basic tasks. Key Responsibilities Assist technicians and shop staff with routine tasks Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment Organize inventory, supplies, and materials Load and unload deliveries and shipments Run errands and pick up parts or supplies as needed Properly dispose of waste and recyclables Requirements Mechanically inclined Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair Ability to drive a truck with a trailer Ability to follow directions and work independently Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, or similar environment Strong communication skills Good time management and organizational skills Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Work Environment Shop and warehouse setting Exposure to noise, dust, and machinery Must follow safety standards and use required protective equipment Job Type Full-time (40+ hours per week) Benefits 401(k) with company matching Paid vacation Paid holidays
