This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys building furniture, working in a fast-paced environment, and solving problems independently. The ideal candidate is quick on their feet, skilled with hand tools, detail-oriented, and able to lift and move merchandise weighing at least 75 pounds safely. This role plays a key part in ensuring furniture is assembled correctly, displayed professionally, and ready for customer purchase while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Assemble a variety of furniture products accurately and efficiently. Read and follow assembly instructions and diagrams. Troubleshoot assembly issues and find practical solutions when challenges arise. Load, unload, move, and organize merchandise throughout the store and warehouse. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Assist customers and team members as needed. Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with furniture assembly preferred. Quick with both hands and feet in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must be able to safely lift and move boxes weighing at least 75 lbs. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude. Experience using basic hand and power tools is a plus.
