This is an entry-level, hands-on role where you'll follow clear instructions to build products accurately and efficiently. Our inventory changes constantly, so this position plays a key role in getting items floor-ready quickly. No advanced experience is required—just attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow directions. Responsibilities Assemble furniture and merchandise for store displays and sale Follow provided instructions to ensure items are built correctly Inspect finished products for quality and completeness Move assembled items to the sales floor safely Assist with unloading and organizing incoming inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work with team members to meet daily assembly and stocking goals Requirements No prior assembly experience required (training provided) Ability to follow clear instructions and complete tasks accurately Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift 40-50+ lbs and perform physical work Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic familiarity with hand tools is a plus What We Offer On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Consistent, hands-on work Employee discounts
