Crate Builder / Warehouse Associate

We are hiring experienced Crate Builders / Warehouse Associates for a growing office furniture manufacturer in Louisville, Arkansas. This is not an entry-level warehouse position. We're looking for dependable, skilled individuals who are comfortable working with power tools, assembling products, building wooden crates, and producing quality work that protects high-end office furniture during shipment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Building custom wooden shipping crates and packaging for office furniture Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately Using power tools including drills, nail guns, saws, and other hand tools Reading and following work instructions and specifications Framing and constructing sturdy wooden structures Assisting with furniture assembly and warehouse operations Preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality standards Keeping a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For:

✔ Experience with assembly, construction, carpentry, crate building, or woodworking ✔ Strong tape measure skills (measurement assessment required) ✔ Ability to accurately read fractions and measurements ✔ Experience using power tools safely and efficiently ✔ Framing or basic carpentry experience preferred ✔ Strong attention to detail and quality ✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment ✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
