Entry Level Shop Technician

Refrigerated Structures of New England Entry Level Shop Technician Lakeville, MA Apply What This Job Actually Is You\'ll report to our shop every morning and work with our experienced door team fabricating cold storage swing and sliding doors from the ground up. You\'ll help with measuring, cutting, assembly, sheet metal handling, and hardware installation ? and as you grow, you\'ll build the skills to produce a complete door on your own. This is construction work not HVAC, not electrical, not refrigeration repair. This is not warehouse work. This is not seasonal. This is full-time, year-round shop fabrication with a clear path forward for people who show up and work hard.

Hours:

6:00am -2:30pm \| Full-time \| In-shop What You\'ll Do Fabricate cold storage swing and sliding doors in our Lakeville shop Work with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal Assist with measuring, cutting, assembly, and hardware installation Learn a specialized construction trade with growing demand across the industry What We\'re Looking For Vo-tech or trade school background in carpentry, construction, or building trades OR military service experience OR a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn ? this is an entry-level role with training provided Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, or basic shop work Reliable transportation to Lakeville, MA Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet all day Pay & Benefits \$18-\$23/hour + Overtime Potential Quarterly Bonuses Health insurance + HSA 401(k) with company match Life insurance PTO + Sick Days + Paid Holidays Ongoing training we invest in people who stick around Active Filters Entry Level Shop Technician Lakeville, MA Clear All Apply
