Short-Term Rental Cleaning Contractor

Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental properties between guest stays Follow detailed turnover checklists to ensure consistent quality Clean and reset all areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas (as applicable) Handle laundry including washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens and towels Remove trash and recyclables and ensure the property is fully reset for incoming guests Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail Use company-provided cleaning products and equipment to maintain efficiency and quality Manage time effectively to complete assignments within scheduled time windows Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to group cleanings

Qualifications Required:

Reliable transportation Strong time management skills Exceptional attention to detail Customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pride in delivering high-quality work Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working within tight timeframes

Preferred:
