Furniture Assembly and Delivery - Traverse City $23/hr

TC office furniture company is looking for reliable, hands-on individuals to join our team as Part-Time Furniture Installers & Delivery Associates. This role combines warehouse work, delivery, and on-site setup—perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands and being on the move. You'll play a key role in assembling and installing office furniture at customer locations, including both commercial offices and home office spaces. What You'll Do Assemble office furniture using hand tools and instructions Deliver and install furniture at customer sites Read and interpret build instructions, layouts, and drawings Load/unload and transport furniture (including 16' box trucks) Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries and setups Assist with cleaning and refurbishing used office furniture as needed What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and layouts Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Additional Requirements Ability to lift and move furniture regularly Valid driver's license required Willingness (or ability) to obtain a chauffeur's license Comfortable driving a 16' box truck (or willing to learn) Why Join This Company?
