We specialize in hardwood tables, but our work also includes metal fabrication, terrazzo, stone polishing, and other custom fabrication. We are looking for a capable fabricator who can contribute quickly and grow with the company. This is not an entry-level helper position. We need someone with solid hands-on experience who understands quality, pace, and craftsmanship. What You'll Do Build hardwood tables and custom furniture components Work from shop drawings, measurements, and production instructions Cut, sand, assemble, polish, repair, and finish parts as needed Operate woodworking equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely Assist with metal fabrication and terrazzo/stone polishing when needed Keep materials, tools, carts, and work areas clean and organized Communicate clearly with leads when something is unclear or incorrect Help jobs move through the shop on time and at a high standard What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of woodworking, furniture, cabinet, or fabrication experience Strong experience with hardwood; table-building experience is a major plus Ability to read and follow shop drawings Strong attention to detail Good mechanical ability and comfort with shop tools/machines Reliable, coachable, and productive Able to work independently while still being part of a team Bonus experience: Metal fabrication Stone, terrazzo, granite, or polishing Commercial furniture production CNC, sanding, finishing, or assembly experience Who Fits Well Here This is a faster-paced shop, so we're looking for someone who takes real ownership of their work and stays engaged throughout the day.
