Job Description
Job Summary We are a growing vehicle wrap, auto detailing, ceramic coating and window tinting shop based in Belgrade, Montana. Experience is required. Pay is based on abilities, experience and ability to execute on projects of varying complexity. we are looking to hire an experienced Vehicle Wrap Specialist who can take ownership of Commercial and Color Change wrap projects from start to finish. With free time, you will also be required to learn, develop and master the skills of Window Tint on automotive, residential and commercial applications. In this job, you will be given an opportunity to prove your abilities in a 30 day time period, and long term employment will be dictated by the following assessment. We need someone who understands that the work is either done right or wrong. We are seeking a skilled Automotive Wrap Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing full vehicle wraps, partial vehicle wraps, decals, ensuring a flawless install and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of vehicle surfaces and materials. The Wrap Installer will work closely with clients and team members to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This is a demanding job where fast learning, high standards for quality and excellence and high work ethic are required. Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and pre-treating areas for film application Measure and cut film to precise specifications. Produce decals from start to finish Ensure proper adhesion and smooth application without bubbles or wrinkles using industry standard techniques Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot installation issues and adjust techniques accordingly Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools to ensure quality standards are met Assist with vehicle disassembly and re-assembly where needed. Follow safety protocols during all installation procedures, including heavy lifting when handling large film rolls or equipment Qualifications Prior experience with automotive film installation or related automotive service is preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling large rolls of film or equipment safely Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality craftsmanship Excellent problem-solving skills to address installation challenges effectively Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license preferred but not required; willingness to learn new skills is essential
