Job Description

About the Role As a Final Mile Delivery and Installation Specialist, you will partner with us to provide premium white-glove service for residential customers. You will leverage your logistics expertise and assembly skills to ensure that home goods, fitness equipment, and outdoor structures are delivered safely and installed to the highest standards, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Execute professional delivery and precise assembly of diverse products, including fitness equipment, furniture, and outdoor structures. Manage the end-to-end logistics process, from picking up inventory at local retailers to final placement in the customer's home. Provide exceptional on-site customer service, ensuring clear communication and a seamless installation experience. Operate as a two-person team to safely maneuver, transport, and assemble heavy or complex items. Maintain high standards of quality control during the assembly process to ensure product integrity and safety. Utilize your own vehicle to complete scheduled service requests based on your preferred availability. Required Skills Ownership of a reliable, adequately insured commercial vehicle such as a box truck, van, or truck. Active EIN and ability to operate as an independent contractor. Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record. Ability to work effectively as part of a two-person delivery and assembly team. Proven experience in logistics, furniture assembly, or similar field service roles. Commitment to passing required background checks and safety screenings. Preferred Skills Experience with power tools and mechanical assembly of complex home goods. Strong problem-solving skills for on-site installation challenges.
