POSITION DETAILS JOB PURPOSE
Positions and secures the foundation within the furniture frame using manual and powered tools.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Tying springs together manually specific to the 8-way method. Secures all components into place within the frame according to specifications using manual and powered hand tools. Keep work area in order and maintained for safety and efficiency. Other duties as assigned by the Manager

Heated and cooled furniture manufacturing plant with concrete floors.

QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Manufacturing Experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience in furniture manufacturing, MINIMUM
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Less than High School
PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or Equivalent
REQUIRED SKILLS PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Must be able to safely use power and woodworking tools. Must be able to use arms and hands for long periods of time. Must be able to read an order ticket and pattern. Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills, including the ability to describe and convey nonconformance issues are required. Strict attention to detail is a must. Must be a Team Player with a positive attitude. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Must have your own reliable transportation. Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours a day. Must be able to work Weekends and Overtime. Must be reliable. Must have strong English language skills, including: o Reading o Comprehending o Speaking o Writing Communication Must be able to wear required safety PPE such as Safety Glasses and closed-toe/closed-heel shoes. Must be able to adhere to all Safety policies and procedures to prevent injuries to yourself and others.
