Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic EMP Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, organization, and proper setup and teardown of the Exhibit Booth, including preparation and related tasks. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining, storing, and tracking all client assets to ensure they are readily available for use. The technician will work closely with the Service Team and collaborate with departments such as Fabrication, Rental, and Project Management to maintain high operational standards. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned) Assemble and disassemble exhibits for inspection, verifying components meet order specifications and are in proper condition before shipment. Conduct thorough inventory checks of exhibits upon return from events, documenting damage and required repairs within established timeframes and submitting reports to the Project Manager. Collaborate with Management, Sales, and Event Services personnel to estimate and approve necessary repairs and refurbishments. Engage with clients and internal departments to assess service needs and recommend improvements that enhance and expand service offerings. Work cross-functionally to resolve service-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provide occasional training sessions on exhibit materials and best practices. Support Exhibit Checkback planning, scheduling, production, and storage of client assets in accordance with established policies and procedures. Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials for ongoing and upcoming projects. Adjust and establish work procedures to meet production deadlines effectively. Track and report labor hours and material usage for each assigned job.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:
