Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Foam Installer & Shop Prep Technician to join our team. This role involves installing foam insulation in our products, as well shop organization and material preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Foam Installation:

Install foam insulation in our products Monitor application to ensure proper coverage Follow all safety guidelines

Shop Preparation & Support:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop and work areas Assist with inventory tracking and restocking supplies Clean, maintain, and prep equipment for daily use Support team with general labor tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in insulation or general labor preferred (but not required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (heat, cold, confined spaces) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Valid driver's license preferred

Skills & Abilities:

Attention to detail Team-oriented mindset Good time management Mechanical aptitude is a plus

Work Environment:

Indoor and outdoor job sites Exposure to dust, fumes, and varying temperatures Physically demanding work requires standing, climbing, and bending

Pay:
