  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic, detailed cleaner to join our team.
This person needs to be open to various types of cleaning environments. From interior detailed cleaning to equipment cleaning. If you are motivated and are comfortable working independently or in a team environment, we have the job for you. Retirement, medical and dental benefits offered. Experienced people and quick learners can receive higher pay range. Duties
  • Clean the office, breakroom and restrooms including dusting, wiping and mopping on a regular basis.
  • Clean equipment and fleet vehicles. Occasionally rake or shovel.
  • Keep products organized and stocked.
  • Communicate with customers and office staff.
  • Clean in detail, residential and commercial settings including walls, ceilings, floors, cabinets, furniture and personal items.
  • HEPA-vacuum and clean exposed building materials in residential or commercial settings including in small spaces at times. Requirements
  • Must have a current driver's license and be dependable.
  • Must be able to follow a list of instructions.
  • Must be able to wear a mask, respirator and/or tyvek suit if a specific job requires it.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in work while being efficient with time management
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, crawl and lift in a fast-paced setting throughout the shift at times.
