Carpet Cleaning Service Technician Chem-Dry of Lake Tahoe & Reno Chem-Dry of Lake Tahoe & Reno is a family-owned business serving Truckee and North Lake Tahoe since 1977. We provide professional carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning services for residential and commercial clients using green-certified products and fast-drying technology. We're looking for a motivated, dependable team member to join our growing carpet cleaning crew. No experience required — paid training provided. What You'll Do Drive to pre-scheduled appointments throughout Truckee and North Lake Tahoe Clean carpets, upholstery, tile, stone, hardwood floors, and countertops Educate customers and recommend services based on their needs Deliver excellent customer service and high-quality results Learn stain removal, cleaning techniques, and equipment operation What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, customer-service mindset Strong communication and problem-solving skills Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and make good decisions Clean-cut appearance Valid driver's license with clean driving record Able to lift up to 100 lbs Schedule Initial schedule is typically Monday-Friday Shift arrival time is between 6:45-7:00 AM End time varies depending on the day's jobs and when the van is cleaned and restocked Future schedule will transition to Tuesday-Saturday once running your own truck independently Pay & Benefits $17-$30+/hour (hourly pay + overtime + sales commissions) Paid training Paid holidays and vacation Free cleanings Growth opportunities We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and eventually run their own truck. Our busiest season runs April through December.
