Assistant Set Decorator

NYC based set designer of 20 years seeking skilled and creative individuals to assist on photo shoots, and in designer's Ridgewood studio. Must have the desire to work and learn in a very fast paced environment.

Necessary/Must Have Skills:

punctuality, experience working on photo shoots, detail oriented, positive attitude, flexibility to adjust from one task to the next, team player, also able to work independently, excellent communication skills, able to lift up to 50 (+) lbs and move on the fly, able to take direction well, time management skills, problem solving skills, good notetaker

Beneficial Skills:

measuring skills, able to drive small and large vehicles comfortably (vans and cube trucks), knowledge and use of power tools, large scale painting skills, crafting skills, furniture building and general building skills •Only interviewing applicants that have experience working on photo shoots and send cover letters.
