Cabinetry and Display Fabrication Specialist Location:

Miamisburg, OH Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 7AM to 5PM $18-$22 per hour (based on experience) Your Grind. Your Goals. Your Payday. This Cabinetry and Display Fabrication Specialist job in Miamisburg is made for people who like to stay busy and build something real. You'll learn fast, move fast, and stack that pay every week. What Gets You Hired - Requirements 2+ years of experience in cabinetry, custom display construction, or millwork. Lamination skills preferred, including use of substrates, adhesives, and finish materials. Proven ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings accurately. Strong carpentry background—experience in retail display, exhibits, or commercial millwork is a plus. Skilled with power tools (saws, routers, pneumatic tools); gluing and solid surface fabrication experience beneficial . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be comfortable with standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods (8-10 hours/day). Willingness to work occasional weekends, overtime, and travel for installations as needed. Job Duties Build & Install:

Construct precision displays, fixtures, and cabinets to exact specifications from detailed shop drawings.

Laminate Expertise:

Apply laminating techniques for perfect, durable finishes that meet top quality standards.

Lead & Support:

Assist in creating cut lists, verifying materials, and mentoring junior shop employees to maintain craftsmanship excellence.

Quality Focus:

Ensure outstanding lamination accuracy and finish consistency in every project.

Process & Safety:

Maintain accurate project documentation and adhere to established safety guidelines.

Collaborate:

Work as part of a team to hit deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute ideas for process improvements.
