Bend, OR 97702 Full Job Description Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Central Oregon. We are looking for a Xpel and Tint installer to join our team. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and have good time management. This is not an entry level position, candidates must have 2+ years of experience as a full-time professional PPF installer, must be familiar with
XPEL DAP
system for template processing, and must be proficient at both pattern and bulk style installations. Pay for this position will be flat rate depending on experience. Some of the benefits of working with Kendall are:

Accident and Illness supplemental plans Job duties include preparing vehicles for PPF installation including washing and decontaminating all vehicle surfaces, removing and installing vehicle emblems, decal, and trim pieces, applying PPF on all required surfaces with precision, stock work area, prepare templates prior to installation, and performing detailed inspections to ensure installations are completed to the highest standards.
Additional job qualifications include:
Knowledge of basically detailing process
Ability to remove / re-install parts prior / post installations. Including, but not limited to, emblems, decals, belt moldings and trim pieces
Able to manage their own workload, time management and delivery schedule
Ability to drive and operate high-end vehicles comfortably and safely
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Work is primarily performed indoors in a shop environment, exposure to noise, vibration, dust, paint, cleaning solutions, use of general hand tools, bending, twisting, and crouching will be required frequently to perform job duties, climbing and reaching will be required often to clean all parts of vehicles and pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds of force occasionally performed.
