Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Window Screen Service Technician to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality screen repair and replacement services to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. This position offers an opportunity to develop specialized skills in window screen maintenance while contributing to the enhancement of our clients' comfort and property value. No prior experience needed, will train. Responsibilities Measure, fabricate, and install window screens tailored to client specifications Repair or replace damaged or worn screens using appropriate tools and materials Provide professional advice on screen maintenance and upgrades to customers Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and supplies Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction Keep detailed records of services performed for each client Qualifications Prior experience in window or screen repair is preferred but not required; training will be provided Basic knowledge of hand tools and ability to operate small power tools safely Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring and cutting materials Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor Ability to lift moderate loads and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation to travel between job sites as needed A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to quality work
