MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

Peters Township School District is currently accepting applications for a full time, permanent 12 month Maintenance Specialist. This maintenance specialist must have verifiable experience with skill sets in minor electrical (ballasts, light fixtures, cord repair, changing outlets/GFIs), carpentry, door, door hardware, locks, keys drywall (installation and repairs), furniture repairs, flooring (carpet, ceramic, VCT) painting, framing, (wood & metal studs) acoustical ceilings, mowing/trimming, and working with concrete. Applicants must have the ability to perform the requirements and duties as outlined in the Maintenance Specialist job description. In addition, the applicant must have the ability to design and layout a project and the ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools including working from elevations using ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and other approved devices. Preferred CDL License.
