Part-Time Home Staging Assistant Steel City Home Staging is looking for a dependable, hard-working, design-minded individual to join our staging team part-time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interior design, creating beautiful spaces, staying active, and working in a fast-paced, creative environment. No two days are the same — one day may involve styling a luxury home, while another may involve organizing inventory, loading furniture, or assisting on installs. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail who takes pride in presentation and professionalism. Responsibilities Assist with home staging installs and destages Move and place furniture, artwork, rugs, and decor Style spaces according to design direction Load and unload staging inventory from warehouse and trucks Help maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse inventory Prepare accessories and staging items for upcoming projects Work efficiently alongside staging team on install days Assist with basic furniture assembly and placement Ensure homes are presentation-ready before completion Qualifications Ability to lift and move furniture/decor safely Reliable transportation and punctuality required Positive attitude and strong team mentality Detail-oriented with a good eye for aesthetics Comfortable working in a physically active role Able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment Interior design, merchandising, or staging interest is a plus Previous staging, moving, retail, furniture, or design experience preferred — but not required Ideal Candidate Takes initiative without needing constant direction Appreciates beautiful, elevated spaces Works hard and stays productive Calm under pressure and flexible with changing schedules Professional and respectful in clients' homes Enjoys hands-on, creative work Position Details Part-time Flexible weekday schedule based on staging calendar Hours vary weekly depending on project load Opportunity for growth within the company Competitive hourly pay based on experience To Apply Please send: Resume or brief work history Short introduction about yourself Any relevant design, moving, retail, or staging experience,
