We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Production/Sawyer to join our growing team. The individual will be a shop assistant with the following responsibilities: Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Produce and assemble custom cabinetry and organizational systems according to specifications Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques Follow quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager Benefits Paid holidays and vacation Health, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days Tools and equipment are provided Job Requirements We will train you to produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems Experience in the woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred (32mm systems) Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Some prior Woodworking experience is preferred but not required Closets by Design - Overview Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more Closets by Design - Our Values Serve Others Be a Problem Solver Trust the Process We respond to all candidates within 24 hours and complete hiring in 7 days.
