1099 Independent Contractor - Two-Man Commercial Service Crew Atlas Service Partners Nashville, TN Job Details Contract $1,500 - $1,750 a day 18 hours ago Qualifications Renovation Commercial construction Frame carpentry Restaurant experience Woodworking Full Job Description Position Overview AMW Service Solutions is seeking an experienced, self-sufficient 1099 independent contractor two-man crew to support our growing commercial facilities service division. This role is ideal for an established crew with strong multi-trade experience who can take ownership of commercial service calls, small remodels, repair projects, and facility maintenance work across restaurant, retail, and commercial environments. We are looking for reliable field partners who can represent AMW professionally, communicate clearly, complete quality work, and operate independently with minimal supervision. Scope of Work May Include
- Commercial restaurant, retail, and facility maintenance repairs
- Light remodel and repair projects
- Carpentry, framing, drywall, patching, and finish work
- Floor tile repair and replacement
- Acoustical ceiling tile and grid repairs
- Commercial-grade doors, frames, closers, hinges, locks, and hardware
- Light commercial plumbing repairs and diagnosis
- Light HVAC-related diagnosis and facility support
- Light electrical troubleshooting and repair within allowable scope
- Restroom, kitchen, dining area, and back-of-house repairs
- Exterior and interior facility repairs
- Photo documentation and communication with project managers or dispatch Required Qualifications
- Established two-person crew
- Active Workers' Compensation coverage
- Active General Liability Insurance
- Minimum 7+ years of commercial construction, facility maintenance, or service experience
- Proven multi-trade capability, not limited to one specialty
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs without constant supervision
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or commercial service environments
- Professional-grade tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to assigned job sites as needed
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to provide photos, notes, and job updates as required
