Property Maintenance Specialist Sapphyre Properties Nashville, TN Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Qualifications Drywall Driver's License Driving Hand tools Facilities maintenance Full Job Description Job Description Sapphyre Properties is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and handy Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team. You will be the primary guardian of our properties' physical condition, ensuring every home is safe, functional, and guest-ready. The ideal candidate is a "jack-of-all-trades" who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and understands that in the short-term rental industry, the small details make the biggest difference.
Key Responsibilities Routine Inspections & Audits:
Conduct monthly walk-throughs to identify wear and tear; audit cleaners' work to ensure "white-glove" standards; and document post-guest damage.
Preventative Maintenance:
Execute recurring tasks including swapping HVAC filters and replacing batteries in smart locks and thermostats, etc.
General Repairs:
Perform minor drywall patching, touch-up painting, furniture repairs and hardware repairs (door handles, towel racks, etc.).
Onboarding & Logistics:
Assemble/set up furniture for new properties joining our company and restock guest amenities (coffee, toiletries, linens). What You Need to
Succeed The Right Mindset:
A positive attitude and a "problem-solving" mentality. When something breaks, you're the one who finds the solution.
Basic Tool Kit Knowledge:
While we can train the right person, a basic understanding of how to use a screwdriver, hammer, and paintbrush is a significant plus.
Reliability:
A valid driver's license and dependable transportation to travel between our property locations (Mostly in Nashville with a few in Franklin and Murfreesboro)
Compensation & Hours Starting Pay:
$ $20.00 / hour.
Schedule:
Full Time with flexible hours .
