Your Mission:
As a Design Consultant, you'll guide homebuyers through interior selections, helping them personalize their new homes while maximizing budget efficiency. You'll ensure all appointments are executed flawlessly, paperwork is accurate, and both homebuyers and builders are delighted with the design center experience. What You'll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It): Consult with homebuyers to understand their vision, preferences, and budget. Professionally sell Wisenbaker and builder products, including upgrades. Conduct appointments efficiently and effectively, adhering to builder cycle times. Review and finalize all required paperwork accurately with homebuyers. Maintain knowledge of builder-specific and Wisenbaker products. Track communications, quotes, and questions for each appointment to ensure follow-up. Keep the showroom organized, clean, and appointment-ready. Cross-train across multiple builders and product lines. Communicate regularly with builders regarding pending and finalized buyers. Follow all builder-specific and Wisenbaker policies, ensuring proper procedures are followed daily.What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required. Previous Wisenbaker or builder showroom experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods and handle product samples up to 25 lbs.
