Quality Experience Manager Primary duties will include:

• Assemble furniture products according to specifications using hand and power tools (e.g., screwdrivers, drills, wrenches).
• Assist with loading and unloading furniture and materials for delivery and installation jobs
• Support installation efforts at customer sites, ensuring correct placement and secure setup.
• Read and follow assembly instructions, drawings, or diagrams accurately.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures on job sites and in the facility.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and occasionally customers or school staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in assembly, construction, or general labor preferred.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and understand simple assembly diagrams, instructions and technical documents
• Willingness to travel to local or regional installation sites (may require occasional overnights).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Preferred education:

• High School diploma is preferred, GED required.
• We will consider additional experience in lieu of diploma.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of different types of furniture and materials (wood, metal, etc.). The essential physical & environmental requirements of the position are:
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environment, heat and cold.
• Ability to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Ability to stand prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. without assistance, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods
• Ability to hear sounds and differentiate between them.
• Ability to visually understand distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and have color vision.
