Consistent, year-round work (no seasonal slowdowns) Predictable schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime available for additional earnings Paid training - no experience needed, we'll teach you Clear path to lead installer roles Work with a reliable team that shows up and gets it done What You'll Do Load, unload, and stage furniture at job sites Assemble and install office furniture (desks, cubicles, shelving, etc.) Read basic layouts and follow install plans Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently Travel to job sites across the valley What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly Comfortable using basic hand tools (or willing to learn) Positive attitude and team mindset Valid driver's license preferred No prior furniture installation experience required—we will train the right person.
