Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Wood Worker and unleash your craftsmanship to create high-quality wood products. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw wood materials into finished pieces through precise cutting, shaping, assembly, and finishing. Your expertise will contribute to a variety of projects, from custom trophies and awards to cutting boards and barware, ensuring each piece meets our high standards for quality and durability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and woodworking skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail and safety are paramount. Responsibilities Use heavy equipment such as band saws, table saws, commercial sanders, routers, etc. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Must pay excellent attention to detail and be able to recognize quality issues and report the same to supervisor. Strong mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation and maintenance a plus. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately is preferred Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings requiring precision craftsmanship. Must be able to arrive on time. Must have the ability to read a ruler. Must speak English and have the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
