Residential Cleaning Technician

Overview Spotlight Cleaning Services is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Residential Cleaning Technicians . This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, dependable, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. Our technicians work independently or in small teams to provide professional residential cleaning services throughout the Roanoke and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings to company standards Follow detailed cleaning checklists and procedures Maintain professionalism and respect within clients' homes Communicate effectively with management regarding job updates or concerns Accurately track time, travel, and completed work Take required quality assurance photos after cleanings Requirements Must have a reliable personal vehicle (REQUIRED - no exceptions) Must be willing to travel up to 30 miles from Roanoke, VA Must be comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently Must be able to complete training in its entirety before beginning independent assignments Must be dependable, punctual, and responsive to communication Must be physically able to perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) Additional Information Gas stipend provided for jobs outside of a 30-mile radius from our office location Flexible scheduling No guaranteed hours - workload will vary based on demand and availability Opportunities for growth and increased hours based on performance Who This Position is Best For Individuals who are self-driven and prefer independent work Those looking for flexible hours without a fixed schedule Candidates who take pride in attention to detail and consistency Individuals who are reliable and understand the importance of showing up and following through

Pay:
