After 15+ years selling real estate, we decided in 2020 to expand and include home staging services for our clients. We have a super fun team environment and need someone who is creative and thinks outside the box when it comes to design and problem solving. Your main focus will be assisting the owners in every aspect of the business including but not limited to the following: Design Assistance - preview homes, determine needs and create proposals/bids. Source furniture and accessories, i.e. Shopping / online and in-store Staging & Destaging - Prepare and complete orders for delivery and pickup according to schedule (pick, pack, wrap, load, place, reload, unload, store) Inventory & Warehouse Management - Data Entry, Photography, Receiving, Tagging, Furniture Building Being in the start-up phase of the business, you will have every opportunity to expand your role into our home staging business. Ultimately, we are looking to retire soon and would like someone to eventually grow into managing the entire business. However we are also open to someone with design talent who is wanting to gain experience in the industry and use this position as a stepping stone. We have a close knit dedicated crew. The goal is to have fun being creative with design while increasing efficiency and giving an "Aha Moment" to the customer.
