Home Staging Designer S.H Home Staging & Design - 1.0 Seattle, WA Job Details Part-time $28 - $32 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Merchandising Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Home Staging Designer to create cohesive, market-appropriate design plans that enhance residential properties for sale. In this role, you will design entire homes using company inventory, ensuring each space is visually compelling and appeals to target buyers. Projects require fast turn around and independent work. Your days will be spent selecting and packing furnishings and decor from our 10,000 sq ft and installing the designs into our portfolio of homes. The ideal candidate has strong spatial planning skills, refined design instincts, and exceptional attention to detail. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects and performing efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Design full-home staging plans that align with property style, target buyer demographics, and current market trends Build detailed, room-by-room staging plans in Stageforce, including furniture selections, layouts, and pull lists Collaborate with the operations team to ensure inventory availability and prepare accurate load sheets Conduct on-site walkthroughs as needed to evaluate layout, flow, and overall staging needs Support installation day execution to ensure the final design aligns with the approved plan Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, styling, and attention to detail Communicate professionally with homeowners, real estate agents, and internal team members Assist with inventory organization, returns, and warehouse coordination as needed; warehouse work required, including unpacking decor and linens and maintaining warehouse organization Skills Preferred Proficiency in Stageforce or willingness to learn staging software quickly a must; Previous experience in home staging or visual merchandizine preferred Strong understanding of interior design principles including space planning, furnishing plans, color theory, lighting design, and expert visual merchandizing expertise. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills in project management Effective cross-functional communication skills to work cohesively with operations and moving team. Williness to perform day-of staging responsibilities including hanging art, setting up displays, making bed, and detailing furniture. Willingness to work independently in our large warehouse unpacking boxes and organzing decor, art, and furnishings. Proven experience working in a high-stress, deadline-driven, and physically demanding environment
Pay:
