Installation Trade Staff members will be experienced, consistent and exceed expectations to provide diamond-class customer service. Your Key Responsibilities & Duties Uphold Brothers Interiors commitment to service excellence and Diamond Class Customer Service Ability to take direction from a supervisor. Ability to lift 50 pounds individually and 75+ pounds with a team lift. Time management. The ability to execute a task and report back to your supervisor in a timely fashion. Work all scheduled shifts while exhibiting a polite, helpful, positive attitude and professional image with public, customers and team members. Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, assembly directions and documents. Attend and complete individual training, as necessary. Responsible for punctual attendance. Demonstrate ingenuity in solving problems. Ability to build and maintain a positive team culture. Comfortable with verbal communication with drivers, supervisors, customers, and other co-workers. Organizational skills. Maintaining a safe and clean work area. Ability to drive cargo vans and passenger vehicles is preferred. Display professional courtesy and manners when performing work in customers' homes or businesses. Ability to work individually or in a team environment with changing demands and timelines Ability to be flexible to perform tasks as a Commercial Trades Staff when needed. Possess the aptitude to learn new procedures and techniques Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred 1-2 years of experience preferred but not required Language Skills Ability to effectively communicate instructions and assignments to personnel in English Why Coakley?
