We build custom, heirloom-quality hardwood dining sets—the kind families gather around for generations. This is a hands-on role for someone who's dependable, coachable, and takes pride in doing things the right way. Experience is a plus, but not required for the right person. Open Roles Full-Time Woodworker What You'll Do (depending on role/experience) Assist with building custom dining tables, benches, and chairs Sanding, prep work, assembly, and general shop tasks Help maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace Use basic shop tools (training provided as needed) Follow quality standards and shop processes to keep builds consistent What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent attendance (small team—every person matters) Coachable attitude and willingness to learn Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail Ability to work on your feet and lift/move materials as needed Woodworking/shop experience preferred, but not required

Schedule & Location Location:

Waunakee, WI Full-Time:

Monday-Friday, daytime hours (exact schedule discussed in interview)
