About the Role We are seeking professional independent contractors to join our network as Furniture and Fitness Equipment Installation Specialists. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing the end-to-end delivery and precise assembly of high-quality home products, allowing you to operate with autonomy and efficiency. Responsibilities Execute the safe transport and installation of fitness gear and furniture, ensuring all items are functional and aesthetically placed. Deliver high-touch service by guiding customers through product features and addressing inquiries during the setup process. Maintain operational excellence by coordinating route logistics and managing delivery timelines effectively. Ensure accurate documentation of service completion and capture customer feedback to drive service improvements. Utilize technical proficiency to troubleshoot assembly challenges and ensure manufacturer standards are met. Qualifications Required Skills Possession of a reliable, insured commercial vehicle such as a van or box truck. Ability to work as part of a two-person team to handle heavy lifting and complex installations. Strong communication skills and comfort using mobile technology for route management and reporting. Successful completion of background, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings. Preferred Skills Prior professional experience in residential delivery, furniture assembly, or logistics. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools. Proven track record of maintaining high standards of customer service in a field-based role.
