Job Description
Position Summary The Straightener Operator sets up and operates straightening machines to ensure metal materials meet quality and dimensional standards. This role supports production efficiency, product consistency, and workplace safety. 2nd
Shift Position:
Hours are 3:30 pm to 2:00 am. Monday - Thursday, with possibilities of overtime on Fridays. Key Responsibilities Operate and adjust straightening machines per work orders and specifications. Inspect materials for straightness, dimensions, and quality using precision tools. Read blueprints and follow production requirements.. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Working Conditions PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots). May require standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.Job Type:
