Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Employee discounts Free food & snacks Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development We are seeking a detail-oriented Deburr Technician with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses specifically on precision deburring—not just hand polishing—and requires a strong understanding of edge breaking and part finishing standards. Aerospace deburring experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform precision deburring operations on machined components to meet specification requirements Execute proper edge breaking techniques to ensure part safety, functionality, and quality Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures Maintain consistency in deburring processes across production batches Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to verify compliance with quality standards Use hand tools, microscopes, and other equipment associated with precision deburring Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production and quality issues
Qualifications:
1-3 years of deburring experience in a manufacturing environment Aerospace deburring experience preferred Strong understanding of edge breaking (not just hand polishing) Ability to follow instructions and work with a high degree of consistency and accuracy Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Experience reading technical drawings is a plus
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident) Must have no disqualifying criminal history Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
